If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I invite you to review the shop's policy on shipping and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any product purchased with me:
  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

In order to receive a full refund, return the unopened, unworn item within 14 days of the delivery date. Custom orders are not returnable. Item must not be damaged.

To confirm your return, email julie.cristello@gmail.com or respond to your confirmation email with the following information:

  • Items to return or exchange
  • The order number  
  • Your contact information  
  • Reason for return 

Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Restrictions may apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. 

Items purchased in a retail store are not eligible for refunds through C & Co. To find more information, please contact the store that you purchased from.

 

REPAIRS

If you have a C & Co. piece that needs repair, contact julie.cristello@gmail.com and I will give you an estimate. The cost includes materials, labor and shipping. Other fees may apply.

 

SHIPPING

C & Co. uses USPS for insured domestic and international shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

C & Co. is not responsible for any duties or VAT that is applied to an international shipment; therefore by ordering on my website, you agree to pay any import fees.
