If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the shop's policy on shipping and returns. The following terms are applicable for any product purchased through this shop:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to receive a full refund, return the unopened, unworn item within 14 days of the delivery date. Custom orders are not returnable. Item must not be damaged.
To confirm your return, email info@cristelloandco.com or respond to your confirmation email with the following information:
- Items to return or exchange
- The order number
- Your contact information
- Reason for return
Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Restrictions may apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts.
Items purchased in a retail store are not eligible for refunds through C&Co. To find more information, please contact the store that you purchased the item(s) from.
REPAIRS
If you have a C&Co. piece that needs repair, contact julie@cristelloandco.com and I will give you an estimate. The cost includes materials, labor and shipping. Other fees may apply.
SHIPPING
C&Co. offers free USPS insured shipping within the United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
C&Co. does not ship internationally at this time.
