If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the shop's policy on shipping and returns. The following terms are applicable for any product purchased through this shop:
  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

In order to receive a full refund, return the unopened, unworn item within 14 days of the delivery date. Custom orders are not returnable. Item must not be damaged.

To confirm your return, email info@cristelloandco.com with the following information:

  • Items to return or exchange
  • The order number  
  • Your contact information  
  • Reason for return 

Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Restrictions apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. 

Items purchased in a retail store are not eligible for refunds through C&Co. To find more information, please contact the store that you purchased the item(s) from.

 

REPAIRS

If you have a C&Co. piece that needs repair, please email info@cristelloandco.com, and include a photo of the jewelry to be repaired–with the broken part showing–for an estimate. The cost includes materials, labor and shipping. Other fees may apply.

Timing will vary depending on the complexity of the piece and its materials.

 

SHIPPING

C&Co. uses USPS insured shipping within the United States.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

C&Co. does not ship internationally at this time.
